Fernware Systems Limited is a software company specialising in providing information solutions in the gaming machine industry. We are a wholly New Zealand owned company based in Hamilton, NZ.

We provide software solutions to all organisations in the gaming industry through the provision of our products: GameTrac and ServiceTrac and VenueTrac.

We work closely with Trusts and Gaming Management companies to support the process of machine tracking, machine performance, managing funds and grant applications. This includes full integration of our products with existing client applications where required.

Venue operator’s (pubs, clubs) as well as societies, charities, and independent gaming machine owners use VenueTrac to manage day to day activities of gaming machines and ensure compliance for DIA reporting.

VenueTrac will integrate fully with EMS systems, enabling the electronic retrieval of gaming machine reads.

Our software solutions are currently installed and operating in venues from Invercargill to Kaitaia and are used by trusts, gaming management and sales and service companies nationwide.
