Considerable research has gone into designing VenueTrac to be a reliable, flexible but easy to use product that meets the specific demands and needs unique to the venue operator. It is a comprehensive program that enables the venue user to operate entirely independently, for example the only time we would become involved at a venue is to repair problems directly related to operator error which cannot be fixed locally.

The comprehensive list of reports meet DIA requirements as well as providing venue operators with timely and informative data for float balancing and machine performance. It has a number of reports identifying variances in cash and meter movement, as well as GMP on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. One of the significant benefits to the approach we have taken is to allow users to reconcile machine variance in a single screen.

A major component of VenueTrac design has been a focus on accurately tracking machine performance and machine movement from both a current and historical perspective.
