The strength of GameTrac is the focus placed on the management of equipment. GameTrac provides users with the ability to:

• categorise equipment, i.e. computers, printers, link systems, gaming machines
• record information about each item of equipment, i.e. serial number, warranty information, contract details
• record meter reads against gaming machines and other equipment as required
• attach components to equipment and link the various components together to reflect the real situation at a venue, i.e. link systems and bill acceptors record and track game names and conversions by date
• track equipment movement and history by venue or location
• record and track contract charges and warranty expiry dates at equipment and component level
• track and monitor parts and service costs relating to each item of equipment
• create DIA compliant reports for change of ownership/venue removals, installs and game conversions
