ServiceTrac enables the user to create, track and invoice service orders. Orders can be created and completed in GameTrac; alternatively, orders can be sent directly to a technician's mobile device, allowing them to complete orders and return them to GameTrac for invoicing.
ServiceTrac tracks parts used and costs associated with the servicing and maintenance of equipment.
Sales orders are also included in the ServiceTrac module, enabling sales to be recorded real time with the customer.
